Symplify launches Insights add-on to consolidate CRM communication performance

Symplify launches Insights add-on to consolidate CRM communication performance

Symplify has launched Insights, an add-on that consolidates email, SMS and App Push performance across campaigns and automations within its CRM platform. The tool requires no additional setup and gives existing customers access to 12 months of historical data on activation, with automatic comparisons against the previous equivalent period.

Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider Symplify launched Symplify Insights on 2 November 2026. The add-on provides integrated dashboards covering communication performance across email, SMS and App Push for both campaigns and automations.

Insights uses data already held within the Symplify platform and requires no additional setup. Existing customers receive access to 12 months of historical data upon activation, while performance is automatically benchmarked against the previous equivalent period.

An Account Brief provides a one-page overview of CRM performance. One-click views are designed to help teams assess sending frequency, automation effectiveness, customer journeys requiring attention and the best days to send communications.

Symplify developed Insights in collaboration with its customers and said further developments are planned for future releases. Chief Sales Officer Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said customer feedback from day-to-day CRM operations had helped shape the product, which is intended to make period comparisons and journey reviews easier.

The add-on is available from launch and will be showcased at SiGMA World in Rome from 2–5 November at stand H4-4006.
