News tips

Regulatory documents, filings and company announcements are all welcome. Include a link to the original wherever possible — we only publish stories we can attribute to a named source.

Press releases

If your company issues releases regularly, send us the address of your press room or feed and we will monitor it directly rather than relying on individual emails.

Corrections policy

Every story on this site is a short summary of someone else's reporting or announcement, linked in full. If a summary misstates the facts, email us with the story link and what is wrong. We correct or remove it as soon as we have checked it against the original, usually the same day, and corrected stories keep their original link so nothing disappears silently.
