Privacy notice
Last updated 17 September 2026
iGaming News is run by Sam Jungstedt, Malta. This notice explains what we collect and why. The short version: reading the site is anonymous, and the newsletter stores nothing beyond your email address.
Reading the site
We count page views and visits to understand which stories are read. These counts are aggregated — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiles, and nothing sold or shared with advertisers.
The Daily Briefing
When you subscribe we store your email address, the date you signed up and the date you confirmed. Nothing else — no name, no company, no profiling. We ask you to confirm your address by clicking a link in an email, so nobody can be signed up without their knowledge.
The email is sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes your address solely to deliver the briefing. Our database and hosting run on Lovable Cloud infrastructure.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every briefing carries an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately. To have your address erased entirely rather than marked unsubscribed, email news@igamingnews.live and we will delete it. You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will answer within 30 days.
Legal basis
We send the briefing on the basis of your consent, given when you confirm your subscription, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Links to other sites
Stories link to the original publisher's website. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
