Atucha Strategic Advisory to lead RTG Slots’ commercial development across Latin America

Atucha Strategic Advisory will lead RTG Slots’ Latin American commercial development, working with its regional team on certification and operator and platform partnerships. Mexico will be the initial priority, followed by Argentina, Colombia and Peru, while plans for Brazil remain on hold pending regulatory clarification.

Tuesday 20th October 2026 - Atucha Strategic Advisory (ASA) will lead RTG Slots’ commercial development across Latin America as part of a new partnership between the two companies.

ASA will work alongside RTG’s regional team on market certification, operator and platform partnerships, and a hero title programme focused on the games that perform best with Latin American players..

The partnership will accelerate RTG Slots’ regulated growth across the region, bringing its portfolio and experience across over 40 regulated and emerging markets to a wider audience under the RTG Slots name. Already holding UKGC and MGA licences, RTG is now aggressively expanding its footprint across new regulated markets, with Latin America a key focus.

Unlike studios bringing entirely new content to Latin America, RTG arrives with games and mathematical models that have already been played at scale for years. Its portfolio now spans more than 250 titles, with approximately 24 new games released each year and a network of more than 100 operator partners worldwide.

As RTG Slots accelerates its expansion into new regulated markets globally, ASA’s role will be to build on the company’s existing presence in Latin America by developing the regulatory and commercial infrastructure needed to expand distribution across the region. Mexico will be the initial priority, followed by Argentina, Colombia and Peru. Brazil is on hold pending the clarification on its regulatory status.

Central to the strategy will be a hero title programme designed to identify the RTG Slots that resonate most strongly with Latin American players. These titles will then form part of a targeted certification and distribution strategy on a market-by-market basis, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to the region.

The partnership adds RTG Slots to ASA’s growing portfolio of international gaming technology and content companies seeking to strengthen their commercial position across Latin America.

Ramiro Atucha, founder of Atucha Strategic Advisory, said: “RTG Slots has something most studios entering Latin America do not have: games that have already been played at scale, for years, in markets where nothing protects a title except its own performance. Our job is to bring that catalogue into the regulated markets here under the RTG Slots name and in the right order. We are not starting from zero; the team in São Paulo has already done real work. We are here to turn that into certified content, live with the operators that matter.”

Jo Purvis, Chief Commercial Officer at RTG Slots, said: “Latin America is a priority for us and we wanted a partner who has done this from the supplier side, not just advised on it. I have known Ramiro for years and collaborated with him on many projects. He has launched and scaled content businesses in these markets and knows the operators personally.
